Hi Julie,
I have literally just found out that the balloon arrived on his birthday and he opened it in the car, and like his Mum said it was a good job the sunroof wasn’t open. Needless to say he loved it and although I didn’t see it I am very happy with the service you provided. You were very helpful and accommodating to my needs.
